What We Collect

When you connect your CRM via OAuth, DealRecovery.ai accesses contact records, deal history, and activity data in read-only mode. We use this data solely to identify re-engagement opportunities and generate outreach recommendations. We also collect your email address and basic account information when you sign up, and standard usage analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.

How We Use Your Data

Your CRM data is analyzed by our AI to identify stale leads worth re-engaging, research "why now" signals, and draft personalized outreach. We do not sell, rent, or share your CRM data with third parties. Outreach is sent from your reps' own email accounts via OAuth — we never send from DealRecovery.ai addresses on your behalf.

Data Retention

CRM data is retained only while your account is active and is deleted within 30 days of account cancellation. You can request immediate deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.

Third-Party Services

This website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag for advertising analytics. LinkedIn may collect anonymized data about your visit for ad targeting purposes. You can opt out of LinkedIn's advertising cookies in your LinkedIn settings. We do not use any other third-party tracking or analytics services on this marketing site.
