Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and CRM OAuth connections. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access. You must have the authority to grant CRM access on behalf of your organization.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use DealRecovery.ai only for legitimate B2B sales outreach consistent with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL). You will not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email, harass recipients, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

DealRecovery.ai is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, response rates, or revenue results. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
